Kim Connell has lived in the coastal town of Yarmouth, Maine for many years.  She's had the pleasure of renovating & decorating several properties of her own, one of which was an old sea captain's home, and she has assisted several hundred clients in the mid-coast & southern Maine areas in making their homes a true reflection of the people who reside in them. 

Kim has also furnished & decorating 5 model homes/condos in Greater Portland in the past 10 years for local builders & brokers.  Kim has served real estate professionals with staging consultations, staging properties & virtual staging for the last 5 years.  She also was juried & selected to participate in 4 decorator show houses in Southern Maine.

Kim is a member of the Maine Interior Design Association and is certified by the WCAA.  She served on the Yarmouth Community Services Advisory board for 6 years, volunteered in the Yarmouth School System and has participated & assisted at the annual Yarmouth Clam Festival and the annual fund raising event to benefit the Evans Albert Spear Memorial Scholarship Fund.

Kim owned a national design/decorating franchise for 10 years and decided to add a more personal flavor to the business, so she started Coastal Maine Interiors in the spring of 2006.  As of July 1,2010 the showroom has moved to 374 Route 1, Yarmouth, Maine.  Visitors are welcome to come by to view the custom displays and browse through samples, see the slide show of a current model home and experience the space planning & room rendering software.  The hours are Monday thru Friday 10-5 & Saturdays and evenings by chance or appointment.
