Kim Connell founded Coastal Maine Interiors with over twenty years experience in interior design. She began her career designing home accessories for a line available at L.L.Bean and Macy’s in New York. After running a successful franchise for a national design company in Yarmouth, Maine, for many years, Kim decided to present a more personal vision. Coastal Maine Interiors combines her expertise and distinctive style with the aesthetic of Maine coastal living.

Kim has shared her expertise in recurring television segments on WGME's “Where’s Amy” and works with builders and real estate agents to stage sale properties. She has presented award-winning rooms at major design showhouses and continues to hone her skills and monitor trends at national design conferences. Most important, she maintains close relationships with clients from Boston to Bangor. She is a member of MIDA and she is WCAA (Window Coverings Association of America) certified.
